Kikkoman Usukuchi Nama Shoyu is a more light in color and flavor soy sauce.
Compared to the classic Kikkoman soy sauce, this shoyu is not heat treated and therefore retains it's more raw and fresh character.
This is a low sodium variant, with 2.3 grams of salt per 15ml compared to 2.8 rams of salt per 15ml in regular usukuchi shoyu.
