This naturally brewed soy sauce by Daitoku uses 100% domestically (Japan) produced whole soybeans and domestically produced wheat and is brewed with mineral-rich domestically produced flat kettle salt. By the traditional manufacturing method, it is fermented and aged slowly in the natural temperature which changes during the four seasons. No chemical seasonings or synthetic preservatives are used.
