This ramen recreates the "pure tonkotsu" flavor that can only be found at the Matsudo main store of Chukasoba Tomita, a famous, award-winning restaurant in Matsudo City, Chiba!
This super-rich tonkotsu soup is made by extracting the essence of pork from a large amount of pork bones and even pig heads, combined with lard for full power pork flavor. The soup is combined with special non-fried noodles that are supple, dense, and elastic.
Toppings include roasted pork, bamboo shoots, and sliced green onions, and a "sansho flavored oil" is included separately to give the ramen a refreshing taste, so you can enjoy changing the flavor throughout your meal.
