Chacha style ramen is a ramen style that rose to fame before the 2000s and is defined through raining pork fat back bits on top of ramen bowls through a strainer, which makes the famous "chacha" sound. Japanese instant noodle maker Acecook is combining the fatty and rich bits of pork back fat with a strong and impactful tonkotsu soup with soy sauce seasoning, also known as tonkotsu shoyu.
The package indicates "oomori", which means that you can expect a more than normal serving of noodles in this bowl.
This pack comes with 12 bowls/servings.
